These terms and conditions apply to the İslam 365 mobile application and website (the “Application”), created by UmitApps (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application you agree to the terms below. You are strongly advised to read and understand them before using the Application.

Unauthorised copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible and therefore reserves the right to modify it, or to charge for its services, at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may expose it to malware, compromise its security features and cause the Application to malfunction or not work at all.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or an exhausted data allowance.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement still applies and you may incur data charges. You accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained the bill payer's permission.

It is also your responsibility to keep your device charged; the Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service.

The Service Provider strives to keep content accurate and up to date, but some information — prayer times, the Hijri calendar, fitrah/zakat rates — is supplied by third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality.

Religious content and calculation tools in the Application are provided for information purposes. For matters you are unsure about, please consult a qualified religious authority.

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Operating system requirements may change and you may need to install updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be relevant to you or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device.

The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless informed otherwise, upon termination (a) the rights and licences granted to you under these terms end, and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be announced by posting the new terms on this page, so please review it regularly.
