Hatim Prayer
Recited upon completing the Quran

El-hamdü lillâhi Rabbil-‘âlemîn.
Vel-‘âkibetü lil-müttekîn. Velâ ‘udvâne illâ ‘alezzalimîn.
Ves-salâtü ves-selâmü ‘alâ Rasûlinâ Muhammedin ve ‘âlihî ve sahbihî ecme'în.
Rabbenâ takabbel minnâ inneke ente’s-semî’ul-‘alîm.
Ve tüb ‘aleynâ yâ Mevlânâ inneke ente’t-tevvâbür-Rahîm.
Vehdinâ ve veffiknâ ilel-hakkı ve ilâ tarîkın müstekîm. Bi beraketil-Kur’ânil-‘azîm.
Ve bi hürmeti men erseltehû rameten lil-‘âlemîn.
Va’fü ‘annâ yâ Kerîm. Va’fü ‘annâ yâ Rahîm.
Vağfir lenâ zünûbenâ bi fadlike ve keramike yâ ekramel-ekramîn.
Allâhümme zeyyinnâ bi zînetil-Kur’ân.
Ve ekrimnâ bi kerâmetil-Kur’ân.
Ve şerrifnâ bi şerâfetil-Kur’ân.
Ve elbisnâ bi hil’atil-Kur’ân.
Ve edhilnel-cennete bi şefâatil-Kur’ân.
Ve ‘âfinâ min külli belâid-dünyâ ve ‘azâbil-âhirati bi hurmetil-Kur’ân.
Verham cemî’a ümmet-i Muhammedin yâ Rahîmü yâ Rahmân.
Allâhümec’alil-Kur’âne lenâ fid-dünyâ karînâ.
Ve fil-kabri mûnisâ.
Ve fil-kıyâmeti şefî’ân ve ‘ales-sırâti nûrâ.
Ve ilel-cenneti rafîkâ.
Ve minennâri sitran ve hicâbâ.
Ve ilel-hayrâti küllihâ delîlen ve imâmâ. Bi fadlike ve cûdike ve keramike yâ Kerîm.
Allâhümmeh-dinâ bi hidâyetil-Kur’ân.
Ve neccinâ minen-nîrâni bi kerâmetil-Kur’ân.
Verfa’ deracâtina bi fadîletil-Kur’ân.
Ve keffir ‘annâ seyyiâtinâ bi tilâvetil-Kur’ân. Yâ zel-fadli vel-ihsân.
Allâhümme tahhir kulûbenâ.
Vestur ‘uyûbenâ.
Veşfi merdânâ.
Vekdi duyûnenâ.
Ve beyyid vücûhenâ.
Verfa’ deracâtina.
Verham âbâenâ.
Veğfir ümmehâtinâ.
Ve eslih dînenâ ve dünyânâ.
Ve şeddid şemle a’dâina.
Vehfaz ehlenâ ve emvâlenâ ve bilâdenâ min cemî’l-âfâti ve’l-emrâdi ve’l-belâyâ.
Ve sebbit akdâmenâ, ven-surnâ ‘alel-kavmil-kâfirîn. Bi hurmetil-Kur’ânil-‘azîm.
Allâhümme belliğ sevâbe mâ kara’nâhü.
Ve nevvir mâ televnâhü ilâ rûhi seyyidinâ Muhammedin sallâllahü te’âlâ ‘aleyhi ve selem.
Ve ilâ ervâhi cemî’ı ihvânihî minel-enbiyâi vel-murselîn. Salevâtullâhi ve selâmühû ‘aleyhim ecma’în.
Ve ilâ ervâhi âlihî ve evlâdihî ve ezvâcihî ve ashâbihî ve etbâ’ıhî ve cemîı’ zürriyyâtihî rıdvânullâhi te’âlâ ‘aleyhim ecma’în.
Ve ilâ ervâhi âbâinâ ve ümmehâtinâ ve ihvâninâ ve ehavâtinâ ve evlâdina ve akribâinâ ve ehibbâinâ ve asdikâinâ ve esâtîzinâ ve limen kâne lehû hakkun ‘aleynâ ve li cemî’ıl-mü’minîne vel-mü’minâti vel-müslimîne vel-müslimâti, el-ahyâi minhüm vel-emvâti.
Yâ kâdiyel-hâcâti! Yâ mücîbed-d’avâti! İstecib du’âenâ bi rahmetike yâ erhamer-râhimîn.
Sübhâne Rabbike Rabbil-‘ızzeti ‘ammâ yasıfûn. Ve selâmün ‘alel-mürselîn. Vel-hamdü lillâhi Rabbil-‘âlemîn. el-Fatiha
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. The good outcome is for the righteous. Enmity is only for the oppressors. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), his entire family, and his companions.
O our Lord! Accept our worship from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O our Master! Accept our repentance! Indeed, You are the One Who accepts repentance abundantly and is merciful. Guide us! Grant us success in reaching the right path and the straight path! For the sake of the Glorious Qur'an and for the sake of the Prophet whom You sent as a mercy to the worlds.
O Allah, the Generous! Forgive us. O Allah, the Merciful! Forgive us. O Allah, the Most Generous of those who bestow favors. O Allah! Forgive our sins with Your grace and bounty.
O Allah! Adorn us with the beauty of the Qur'an. Grant us Your favor through the Qur'an. Honor us with the Qur'an. Clothe us in the garment of the Qur'an. Admit us to Your Paradise for the sake of the Qur'an. Protect us from worldly calamities and the torment of the Hereafter for the sake of the Qur'an. O Most Merciful, O Most Compassionate! Have mercy on the entire Ummah of Muhammad.
O Allah! Make the Qur'an our companion in this world. Make it our friend in the grave. Make it our intercessor on the Day of Judgment, make it our light on the Sirat bridge. Make it our companion in Paradise. Make it a shield and barrier against the fire of Hell. Make it our guide on all righteous paths with Your grace, generosity, and bounty.
Guide us to the right path with the guidance of the Qur'an. O Allah! Protect us from the fire of Hell for the sake of the Qur'an. Elevate our rank for the sake of the Qur'an. Forgive our sins for the sake of the recited Qur'an. O Possessor of Grace and Benevolence!
O Allah! Purify our hearts. Conceal our faults. Heal our sick. Help us to pay our debts. Enlighten our faces. Elevate our rank. Have mercy on our fathers. Forgive our mothers. Rectify our religious and worldly affairs. Avert the attacks of our enemies. Protect our families, our possessions, and our country from all kinds of calamities, diseases, and misfortunes. Make our feet firm, and help us against the disbelieving communities. For the sake of the Glorious Qur'an.
O Allah! Convey the reward and light of the Qur'an we have recited and read to the soul of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). And convey it to the souls of all the prophets (peace be upon them) who were his brothers. And to the soul of our Prophet (peace be upon him). May it reach the souls of his family, children, wives, companions, followers, and all his descendants.
May it reach the souls of our fathers, mothers, brothers, children, relatives, loved ones, friends, teachers, everyone who has a right over us, and all Muslim men and women, living or deceased.
O Allah, the fulfiller of needs! O Allah, the answerer of prayers! O Most Merciful of the merciful! Accept our prayers. Peace and blessings be upon all the prophets.
Your Lord, the Lord of power and glory, is far above and exalted beyond what they attribute to Him. Peace be upon the prophets. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
The Fatiha is said, and the first surah of the Quran (Fatiha) is recited.
