“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May Allah (swt) send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions! O Allah! You are Eternal, Ancient, and First. Your grace and bounty are immense. Your generosity, which encompasses everything and is the refuge of all, is immense. The new year has arrived. We ask You to protect us from Satan, his friends, and his armies during this year. We seek Your help against this soul that always commands evil. I seek Your help so that I may occupy myself with things that will bring me closer to You, O Allah, Possessor of Majesty and Generosity! May Allah send blessings upon our unlettered Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his blessed and pure companions! All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds.”
