“At midnight, the gates of heaven are opened, and a caller proclaims: ‘Is there anyone who prays, that their prayer may be answered? Is there anyone who asks for something, that it may be given? Is there anyone who is in distress, that they may be relieved?’ There is no Muslim who prays with any supplication but that Allah Almighty will answer them, except for the adulterous woman who runs after her lust, and the drunkard and the reveler.” (Ibn Hanbal, IV, 217, III, 34, 43, 94)
