First Wednesday: 4 rak'ahs of voluntary prayer before morning prayer (Detailed surahs provided). Last Wednesday: 2 rak'ahs of prayer (Fatiha+11 Ikhlas). After prayer, 7 Istighfar, 11 Salât-ı Münciye, and “Surely You are capable of all things” will be recited.
