“Whoever says upon waking up in the morning: ‘I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which neither good nor evil can surpass, from the evil of everything He has created, shaped, and brought into being,’ will be protected from the evil of humans and jinn. Even if one is bitten by snakes or scorpions, it will not harm them until evening. If one says this in the evening, they will remain under God's protection and safety until morning.” (Ali al-Muttaki, II, 165/3593)
