Prayer While Washing the Face

Ablution Prayers

The following prayer is recited while washing the face:

Bismillâh, Allâhümme beyyız veçhî yevme tebyaddu vücûhün ve tesveddü vücûh

"O Allah! Make my face bright on the Day of Resurrection when some faces will be bright and some faces will be dark."
