Comprehensive Prayer During Ablution
Ablution PrayersFrom Abu Musa al-Ash'ari: I brought ablution water to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). While he was performing ablution, he prayed:
Transliteration
Allâhümmağfirlî zenbî ve vessi’ lî fî dârî ve bârik lî fî rızkî
"O Allah, forgive my sin, expand my home, and bless my sustenance." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, you prayed like this." He replied, "It was the most comprehensive prayer; what else was left out?"
