12. After Completing Ablution

El mütedeh-hirine vec'alni min i'badikes-salihine veca'lni minel-lezine la havfûn a'leyhim vela hüm yehzenûn. Sübhânekellahümme ve bihamdike. Eşhedü en lâ ilâhe illâ ente vahdeke lâ şerîke leke ve enne Muhammeden abduke ve resulûke esteğfirûke ve etûbû ileyk.
“O my Lord! Make me one of those who repent and purify themselves. Make me one of Your righteous servants, and make me one of those upon whom no fear comes and who do not grieve. I glorify You with Your praise at all times. O my Lord, I bear witness that there is no god but You, You alone exist, and You have no partner. And I bear witness that Muhammad is Your servant and Messenger. I ask for Your forgiveness and I repent to You.” (For ablution prayers, see Ali al-Muttaki, IX, 465-468)
